Privacy policy
This policy covers this website, getorla.ai, which is an informational page about Orla. It does not cover the Orla application itself: there, each clinic is the controller of its patients' data and Relay Labs processes it under a data processing agreement, described in the clinic-facing documentation you receive before onboarding.

What this site collects: almost nothing
- No cookies. This site sets none — not for analytics, not for preferences, not for advertising. That is also why there is no cookie banner.
- No analytics or tracking. No third-party scripts run on this site, and no page-view data is sent to anyone by us.
- No forms. The site asks you for nothing. Every contact link opens your own email client.
If you email us
If you write to [email protected] we will hold your email address and whatever you send us in order to reply — our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation is live plus a reasonable period afterwards, and we do not add you to any mailing list without asking you first.
Hosting
This site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure handles the request your browser makes (including your IP address) and keeps short-lived technical logs for security and delivery. Cloudflare acts as our processor for that traffic. The site's content itself is static and identical for every visitor.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask us for access to, correction of, or erasure of anything we hold about you — which, unless you have emailed us, will be nothing. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland's supervisory authority.
Changes
If this site ever starts collecting more than it does today — a signup form, analytics, anything — this policy will change first, and the date at the top will say so.
